Module 3: Your Team
One of the first decisions you will make when setting up your student enterprise is whether you want to work on your own or as part of a team. This module is designed to help you understand:
- The advantages and disadvantages of working in a team
- What it takes to make a strong team
- Which responsibilities you are best suited to taking on in your student enterprise

If you choose to work as part of a team, it’s important that you keep track of the various challenges, issues and problems you face as a group while running your student enterprise.
The judges will be looking at how you worked together as a team to come up with solutions to problems you faced and how you overcome these obstacles by pulling together.
A handy way of keeping track of this is to fill in a weekly diary sheet. You can then look back over all your diary sheets at the end of the year when you are writing your business report to remind yourself of the challenges you overcame as a team. | ||
