Changes to Marking Scheme:
Changes have been made to the marking scheme at National Level to give more weight to the level of sales made by students. Please note below the new marking scheme.
-Product/Service: 50 marks
-Marketing: 30 marks
-Innovation: 50 marks
-Business Report: 30 marks
-Finance & Sales: 40 marks (20 marks Finance/20 marks Sales).
Marks will be awarded on the level of revenue generated by students through sales of their product/service in this category going forward. If a Student Enterprise demonstrates a high level of innovation without adequate sales, they will lose marks in this new section of the marking scheme.
–Exhibition Stand/ Interview: 30 marks
–Personal Development: 20 marks
Total Marks: 250 marks

Changes to Prizes at National Level:
The prize for the winner at National Level in the Senior category from 2016 onwards will no longer encompass an overseas trip. This is being replaced with a combination of a technology voucher, a cash prize for the school and a One4All voucher for the student(s). Some increases have also been made to the senior category prize amounts as follows:
Senior Category Prizes:
1st Place: €2,000 technology voucher (for purchase of equipment) + €500 All4One voucher + €1,000 cash prize for the school + trophy + certificate
2nd Place: €400 One4All voucher + trophy + certificate
3rd Place: €300 One4All voucher + trophy + certificate
Best Innovation: €400 One4All voucher + trophy + certificate
IP Awareness: €400 One4All voucher + trophy + certificate
Best Display: €200 One4All voucher + trophy + certificate
Two Special Merit Awards: €200 One4All voucher + trophy + certificate
