• Production skills: this means the skills needed to make the actual product
• Organisational skills: being able to organise the team members, making sure orders are filled in time, holding regular team meetings etc
• Finance skills: the ability to properly set a price for your product / service and prepare a budget.
• Promotional skills: the ability to creatively promote and raise awareness of your product / service
• Sales & marketing skills: the ability to sell the product to your target audience
